Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
1. These Terms
1.1 What These Terms Cover
Welcome to www.kugofit.com (the “Website”). We know from our own online shopping experience that it is important to feel safe and protected, so we do our best to ensure that you feel that way when you shop with us. Our Terms and Conditions (or T&Cs) outline everything you need to know to ensure that shopping with us is safe, secure and fair. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and any orders you place are subject to these T&Cs. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your order to us. If you are unsure of your rights under these T&Cs, or would like an explanation of any of them, please contact us before placing an order.
1.2 If you would like to place a large wholesale order with us, please contact out508539101@outllook.com and we will discuss the wholesale availability of our products and the relevant credit and payment terms.
2. About Us and How to Contact Us
2.1 How to Contact Us. If you have any compliments or complaints about our products or services, please email us at out508539101@outlook.com. We try to respond to all emails sent to this address within one business day, but if it's really busy, we may need longer, so please be patient.
2.3 How we contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to the email address or postal address you gave us in your order.
2.4 "Written" includes email. When we use the words "written" or "written" in these terms, this includes email.
3. Our contract with you
3.1 How we will accept your order. Your order is an offer to kugofit to buy the products in your order. When you place an order to buy products from kugofit, we will send you a message confirming receipt of your order and containing details of your order ("Order Confirmation"). When we send you an Order Confirmation, this does not mean that we accept your offer to buy the products you ordered. It is just a confirmation that we have received your order. We will accept your offer and complete the sale of the products to you, at which point a contract will form between you and us, when we email you to confirm that your order has been sent to you.
3.2 If we are unable to accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you in writing. This may be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected resource constraints that we could not reasonably plan for, because we discover an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to deliver the product within a reasonable time due to stock issues.
3.3 Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and let you know the order number when we receive your order. It will help us if you can tell us your order number when you contact us about your order. If you do not receive an order number, please contact us at out508539101@outlook.com
4. Our Products
4.1 Products may differ slightly from the images. The images of the products on our website are for reference only. Although we do our best to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed by your device accurately reflect the colour of the product. Your product may differ slightly from these images. Although we do our best to be as accurate as possible, due to the handmade nature of some of our products, there are reasonable tolerances for differences in the dimensions, weights, capacities, sizes and measurements of those products shown on our website.
4.2 Product packaging may vary. Product packaging may vary from that shown in the images on our website.
5. If there is a problem with the product
5.1 How to tell us about the problem. If you have any problems or complaints about our products or services, please email us at out508539101@outlook.com
5.2 Summary of your statutory rights. We have a legal obligation to supply products that comply with this contract. Please see the box below for a summary of your main statutory rights in relation to the products. Nothing in these terms will affect your statutory rights.
5.3 Your obligation to return rejected products. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject a product, you must send it back to us or (if the product is not suitable for posting) allow us to collect it from you. We will pay for posting or collection unless you return the product. Please email us at out508539101@outlook.com to get a returns label or to arrange collection.

6.3 We are not liable for business losses. We only provide products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or resale purposes, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
