ORDERS AND RETURNS
1. PLACING AN ORDER
When you are ready to purchase the items you have placed in your basket, simply click on the basket icon located in the top right corner of the page and you will be directed to your basket. Here you can use our shipping calculator to calculate the shipping costs for your order. Once you have selected your preferred shipping method, simply update the total using the button below. Check that you are happy with the products in your basket as you will not be able to add more items or make further changes once you have submitted your order. If you have a gift card or discount code, please remember to enter it here. When you are happy with the payment total for your order, you can click "Continue to Checkout" on the right hand side of the page.
Please follow these simple steps to complete your order:
CHECKOUT
If you have an account, you can log in, or if this is your first visit, register with us for faster access in the future. Or, if you prefer, you can choose to check out as a guest. Once you have made your selection, simply click "Continue" or "Log In".
BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please complete all required sections. These sections are highlighted with a red asterisk (*). If possible, please enter a mobile number so that we can contact you if we need to discuss your order. Our couriers will also send delivery details directly to the mobile number you provide. Your privacy is very important to us and we promise not to pass your details on to any other third party. If you are shipping to an alternative delivery address, select 'Ship to Alternative Address' and complete the highlighted sections. When you are ready, simply click 'Continue'.
Shipping Method
You can now review your shipping method. All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, but during particularly busy periods such as promotions, dispatch times may be longer. If you have selected a courier service, please view our Shipping and Shipping page for more information. If you would like to change to a different shipping method, simply make your selection and click 'Continue'. You can review any changes before you pay.
Payment Information
You should now be at the payment stage where you can select your payment method. We currently accept payments by credit card and PayPal. If you select PayPal, you will be directed to their website to complete your payment. Please see our FAQ for a full list of all possible payment methods.
Order Review
Please take a minute to review your order one last time. Please remember that once an order has been submitted to us, we cannot make any changes to it. If you would like to recheck your delivery address, simply click on the Delivery Information section and it will open for you. Once you are happy with the details, you can go ahead and complete your order by clicking on Place Order. Once you have entered all your payment information, you will receive an order confirmation email.

2. Modifying Orders
Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot modify it.
Once you have confirmed your order online, it will be sent to our warehouse for processing. This is a seamless process through our computer system, which means that we cannot modify any orders. Once you have received your order, you can return an item if you decide that it is not suitable.
3. Cancelling an Order
Once you have completed your order at checkout, it will be sent to our warehouse for processing, so we cannot cancel an order that has been placed. If you change your mind, decide that you do not want your order and wish to cancel it, you will need to return the entire order once it has been delivered.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 7 days to return goods from the first day you received them. If you decide to return your entire order within 7 days, we will refund the full cost of the goods, including the original delivery costs. Please note that we only refund standard delivery costs. We do not refund courier charges. Once the goods have been returned, we will process your refund. Consumer Contract Regulations apply only to EU countries.
All postage and handling charges incurred in returning the goods are at your expense.
Important! If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must notify us by email. If you do not notify us that you want to cancel your entire order, we will treat any goods returned to us as returns. It is in your best interest to contact us to help us provide you with the best service.
There are some products that we cannot cancel or refund, such as custom products. Please see our FAQ for a full list.
4. Returns
Goods must be returned in their original condition. Otherwise they will not be accepted
We hope that all our customers will love the goods they choose. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible and return the goods within 7 days of purchase.
We do not offer free returns, this is a considered decision as a business and our commitment to sustainability. In Europe, a significant number of parcels are returned each year and a free returns process would significantly increase CO2 emissions and additional packaging materials.
We are confident that your purchase decision is well thought out. Furthermore, we are always eager to help you choose the right product that exactly matches your needs. However, if you wish to return an item, all returned items must be unused, in their original condition and with the garment tags attached. If possible, we ask that you return all items in their original packaging. If the cellophane seal on any item has been broken, please return all other labels and materials except the cellophane itself. Used items cannot be returned. Any items that are obviously used will not be refunded even if returned to us. Any rejected returns cannot be re-shipped. Instead, they will be donated or disposed of if there are no other viable options.

The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back, as we are not responsible for any orders that are not delivered. If you have proof of postage, you can claim compensation through the returns service of your choice.
Returns can only be made to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and refunds can only be made to the same form of payment. Refunds may take up to 7 days from the date the return is received.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on unwanted items. This ensures we can maintain high stock levels and always have the latest stock.
The quickest and easiest way to get an item in a different color or size is to return the unwanted item and order another one
